Should you feel that the goods are of unsatisfactory quality then we will be pleased to refund the cost of the purchased item on receipt of the returned goods or to send a replacement.
Please note that any refund will not include any additional costs for one off artwork or postage but the base price of the glassware.
Goods must be returned by recorded delivery or some other traceable method along with a copy of the purchase order. We will not be liable for postage on returns. We reserve the right to reject any return if we consider the complaint to be unreasonable, unjustified, frivolous or of the customers own making. This does not affect your statutory rights
