So this is our new shop front. We decided to make it easier to navigate, clearer to see the products and quicker to order!

Shopping and browsing is easy.

Simply click on the product range that interests you to view all of the options and designs available. Choose what you'd like and add to your basket.

Paying is easy to - either use Paypal, don't worry it's totally secure and you don't need an account to use it. Or alternatively you can pay by cheque, made payable to Mrs J Francis and post the order via the good old postal service.

We print all of our products to order (other than key fobs) and all the etching is done when an order is received. So there are always a few days before we can despatch the goods but rest assured as soon as the goods are ready we will e-mail you to let you know they're on the way. And of course if you have any questions while you're waiting then simply drop us a mail or give us a call.

If you want to order an item with a personalised image then choose the item and mail us the image you require. BUT please remember if your wanting a clear image on the finished item, such as a mouse mat, it's no good sending an image that is 2 x 2, as when we expand it any clarity will be lost.

If in doubt just send us the image and ask if it would be suitable.
